Rita Eredics, Esq. has been a practicing attorney since her admission to the NY State Bar in 1963. In 1972 she opened an office at 103 Plandome Road, Manhasset NY 11030. Rita has concentrated her practice in trust and estate planning and administration and has extensive experience in litigation, real estate, and commercial lease transactions. She resides in Manhasset. She formerly practiced with her husband, Henry V. Pecora, now deceased.
Andrew Lunetta, Esq. was admitted to practice in NY State in 1996 and has been of counsel to the Law Office of Rita Eredics since 2003. Andrew graduated from Fordham Law School and earned an LL.M degree in taxation at New York Law School. Andrew serves on the board of the Manhasset Community Coalition against Substance Abuse (CASA). He served as an Inspector with the New York City Police Department before retiring after more than 27 years of service. Andrew’s practice has concentrated in trust and estate taxation, planning, and administration.
Jane Cava Viola, Esq. has practiced law in New York for 27 years, and has been of counsel to the Law Office of Rita Eredics for 20 years. Admitted to the NY and FL State Bars, she earned her JD from the University of Miami School of Law, and a MA in environmental conservation education from New York University. Jane serves on the advisory board of NYU’s Sustainability Task Force; is the Director of Environmental Sustainability & Student Engagement for Planet Manhasset at the Manhasset Public Schools; has drafted NYU’s Climate Action Plan for NYC’s Mayor’s Carbon Challenge; and is the author of various articles on environmental policy and education. Jane has concentrated her practice in trusts and estates and real property law including purchases, sales, and commercial lease negotiations.

Location of office: Corner building at 103 Plandome Road in Manhasset. Office entrance is on Dennis Street. The offices are on the second floor, with a conference room on the ground level. Two hour parking is available past the building, on Dennis Street before Norgate Road.
